What is this?
With your monthly subscription, you get access to the Intalyx CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. However, if you're already using your own CRM—like Salesforce, Zoho, Monday.com, or others—and want your new AI phone software to sync with it, this add-on is for you.
What does it do?
We build a custom connection between your AI phone software and your current CRM. That means when the AI answers a call, books an appointment, or gathers customer information, it can send that data to your existing CRM automatically—so your team sees everything in one place.
What you need to know:
- Your CRM must allow external systems to connect to it. This is usually called having an API (a way for different systems to “talk” to each other).
- You (or your CRM provider) will need to send us the API documentation for your CRM. That way, we know how to connect.
- We’ll go over exactly what can be synced in your onboarding meeting. Not all data or features may be available depending on the CRM’s capabilities.
- This service will cover only syncing leads, clients and appointments from your CRM. Anything else will have an additional charge and will be priced based on your requirements.
